Our doctors offer specialized evaluations for obtaining a second opinion. To be eligible, you must provide BOTH an X-ray and an MRI. The MRI must have been taken within 6 months of your image review request. Follow 3 simple steps to receive a second opinion from our specialists.

Prepare Information
for Submission

Place the images and the following information in the envelope

CD of your diagnostic imaging

Radiology reports

Insurance card (front and back)

Picture ID

Full name and contact information

Write the address listed below on the envelope, along with the ATTN label

Choose the Envelope Delivery

Option 1 : Mail the images

Once you have mailed your diagnostic images, please kindly call our office at 218-625-2751 to provide your contact information and to let us know to expect your paperwork.

Option 2: Drop off the images

Travel to our office at Orthopaedic Associates of Duluth at:

1000 E 1st St, Floor 4 of the Northland Medical Building, Duluth, MN 55805.

After we’ve received your diagnostic images, our experts will begin assessing your scans.

The review typically takes around 2 weeks, although it could take longer if we have a backlog of cases to evaluate. Once the review is complete, we’ll reach out to discuss the findings of the review and possible treatment options for those findings.

In order to get actual treatment advise you will need to schedule an appointment to be seen so our experts can get a full understanding of who you are and how best they can help you.
